Detroit's Jerami Grant (quad) remains out on Thursday
Detroit Pistons forward Jerami Grant (quad) will not play in Thursday's contest against the New York Knicks.
Grant will miss his second straight game with a left quad contusion. In a challenging matchup against a New York unit ranked first in points allowed per game this season, expect Dennis Smith Jr. to play a lead offensive role on Thursday.
Our models currently project Smith Jr. to score 24.5 FanDuel points at the salary of $5,500.
