Christian Wood (ankle) reportedly expected back for Rockets Wednesday
Houston Rockets center Christian Wood (ankle) is expected to return Wednesday against the Golden State Warriors, reports Tim MacMahon of ESPN.
Wood will start if he plays but his minutes will be limited. Justin Patton will likely be returning to the second unit and there may not be as large of roles for KJ Martin and Jae'Sean Tate. The Rockets didn't pick up a single win during Wood's 17-game absence.
numberFire’s models project Wood for 27.6 FanDuel points in 20.4 minutes versus the Warriors and he has a salary of $8,400 on Wednesday’s 10-game slate.
