Timberwolves' D'Angelo Russell (knee) cleared for on-court work
Minnesota Timberwolves point guard D'Angelo Russell (knee) has been cleared for on-court activities, according to head coach Chris Finch.
Russell will rejoin the Timberwolves in practice when they return from their weekend back-to-back. It opens the possibility for Russell to be cleared to play in Monday's matchup against the Oklahoma City Thunder. Russell hasn't played since February 8 and Ricky Rubio has been filling in as the starting point guard.
numberFire’s models project Rubio for 25.5 FanDuel points versus the Phoenix Suns on Friday. He has a salary of $5,400 for the 10-game slate.
