Sam Merrill starting for Milwaukee Saturday in place of injured Jrue Holiday

Merrill has been coming off the bench for the entirety of his rookie season thus far, but 80 percent of the Bucks' starting five is sidelined with an injury. As such, Merrill will make the first start of his career on Saturday against the Knicks.
