Darius Garland (ankle) returning to Cavaliers' lineup Wednesday for Matthew Dellavedova
Cleveland Cavaliers point guard Darius Garland (ankle) will play Wednesday against the Charlotte Hornets.
Garland will return from a one-game absence and the Cavaliers will also welcome back Jarrett Allen (concussion) and Larry Nance Jr. (illness). Garland will replace Matthew Dellavedova in the starting lineup and join Isaac Okoro in the backcourt. Collin Sexton (groin) remains out for Cleveland.
