Russell Westbrook (ankle) questionable for Wizards versus Spurs
Washington Wizards point guard Russell Westbrook (right ankle sprain) is questionable to play Monday against the San Antonio Spurs.
What It Means:
Westbrook played in both ends of the Wizards' most recent back-to-back, but he may be held out after logging 35 minutes against the Cleveland Cavaliers on Sunday. Raul Neto and Ish Smith will take on more work at point guard if Westbrook is ruled out. Bradley Beal would also see an uptick in usage without Westbrook.
numberFire’s models project Westbrook for 51.3 FanDuel points versus the Spurs and he has a salary of $11,200 on Monday. Beal is averaging 44.0 FanDuel points per contest with Westbrook, compared to 55.4 when Westbrook is out.
