Nuggets' P.J. Dozier out Wednesday with adductor strain

Denver Nuggets shooting guard P.J. Dozier has been ruled out for Wednesday's game against the New York Knicks due to an adductor strain.

What It Means:

Dozier was sent for an MRI on Tuesday after suffering the injury during Monday's contest. Austin Rivers and Shaq Harrison should soak up plenty of minutes until Will Barton (hamstring) or Monte Morris (hamstring) are able to return.

Harrison and Rivers are both among numberFire's top-three point-per-dollar options at the point guard position on Wednesday's nine-game slate. Harrison has a $3,500 salary and our models project him for 19.8 FanDuel points. Rivers has a $3,600 salary and is projected for 19.0 FanDuel points.
