Darius Garland (ankle) ruled out again for Cavaliers Wednesday
Cleveland Cavaliers point guard Darius Garland (left ankle) will remain out Wednesday against the Portland Trail Blazers.
Garland will pick up a third straight absence. Cedi Osman will likely make another start and Collin Sexton should continue leading the offense. Sexton is averaging 25.3 points, 6.0 rebounds, and 5.7 assists over the last three games. Osman is producing 15.0 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 5.7 assists in that same span.
