Jaren Jackson Jr. (injury management) ruled out for Grizzlies' back-to-back Tuesday
Memphis Grizzlies power forward Jaren Jackson Jr. (left knee injury management) will not play Tuesday against the Dallas Mavericks.
Jackson has been playing 25-plus minutes each of the last three games but he will take a seat Tuesday in the second leg of a back-to-back. Jonas Valanciunas (back) has been downgraded to doubtful, so the Grizzlies are going to be pretty thin in the frontcourt versus Dallas. Xavier Tillman should see a larger role to fill the void and Brandon Clarke will also have an opportunity to benefit.
Tillman has a $3,600 salary on Tuesday's 11-game slate and he is averaging 29.4 FanDuel points in games without Valanciunas this season.
