Serge Ibaka (back) upgraded to questionable for shorthanded Clippers
Los Angeles Clippers forward/center Serge Ibaka (tight lower back) has been upgraded to questionable for Friday against the Houston Rockets.
Ibaka has missed the past two months and will likely be on a minutes limit if active. The Clippers also previously stated that Ivica Zubac will remain the starting center moving forward, so Ibaka will come off the bench even without any restrictions. That being said, the Clippers are going to be without Kawhi Leonard (rest), Paul George (rest), and others on Friday, so Ibaka could have a fair amount of opportunities while on the floor.
numberFire’s models project Ibaka for 18.4 minutes and 19.1 FanDuel points versus the Rockets. He has a $3,500 salary on Friday's eight-game slate.
