Philadelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid (illness) is probable to play Friday against the Orlando Magic.
What It Means:
The 76ers have yet to clinch the top seed in the Eastern Conference, so Embiid will be active for the second leg of the back-to-back. Dwight Howard received his 16th technical foul of the season on Thursday and is therefore automatically suspended for Friday's contest. That could result in more work for Mike Scott off the bench.
