Wizards' Bradley Beal still battling hamstring injury
Washington Wizards shooting guard Bradley Beal acknowledged that his hamstring is still below 100 percent.
Beal returned from a three-game absence for a hamstring strain on Sunday. He scored 25 points on 8-of-17 shooting and managed to avoid any setbacks. “I didn’t injure it any worse than what it was," Beal said. "Obviously it still probably won’t be 100 percent. It is just a matter of managing it as best I can.” Beal will tough it out again on Tuesday night when the Wizards face the Boston Celtics in the NBA's play-in tournament. He averaged 40.7 points per game versus Boston during the regular season.
numberFire’s models project Beal for 45.4 FanDuel points versus the Celtics and he has a $10,000 salary on Tuesday. Beal averaged 53.1 FanDuel points in three games versus the Celtics during the regular season.
