Kawhi Leonard (knee) unlikely to return to Clippers this season
Los Angeles Clippers guard/forward Kawhi Leonard (knee) is not expected to play this season, per head coach Ty Lue.
"We know Kawhi is probably not going to come back," Lue said candidly after the Clippers' win over the Los Angeles Lakers on Thursday night. Paul George remains out indefinitely with an elbow injury, so there should continue to be more opportunities for Marcus Morris, Amir Coffey, Reggie Jackson, Luke Kennard, Terance Mann, and the rest of the Clippers roster.
Jackson is second on the Clippers behind George with a 26.9% usage rate this season. Morris is third at 23.0%.
