Luke Walton uninterested in Kings job
Luke Walton is reportedly not interested in taking over as the head coach of the Sacramento Kings.
What It Means:
The Kings are reportedly interested in interviewing Walton for the job, but with the Los Angeles Lakers, Houston Rockets, and New York Knicks also vying for his services, he has more attractive options out there than the dysfunctional Sacramento franchise.
Walton is currently an assistant coach for the Golden State Warriors and served as interim-head coach at the beginning of this season after Steve Kerr took an indefinite leave to rehab an injury.
