Toronto Raptors small forward Scottie Barnes (ankle) is a game-time decision for Monday's game against the Miami Heat.
What It Means:
Raptors head coach Nick Nurse previously said that he expected Barnes to miss "some time" after he rolled his ankle on Saturday, so it wouldn't be surprising if they hold him out. Chris Boucher (hamstring) is set to make his season debut on Monday and he figures to absorb a chunk of the minutes if Barnes sits out. There would also be more work for Precious Achiuwa, OG Anunoby, and Pascal Siakam. Barnes is second on the Raptors with a 25.4% usage rate this season.
