Rudy Gay (hand) ruled out Tuesday for Jazz

Utah Jazz forward Rudy Gay (hand) has been ruled out for Tuesday versus the New York Knicks.

What It Means:

Gay missed three games because of COVID-19 this season, but this will be his first injury-related absence. Simone Fontecchio and Nickeil Alexander-Walker could see an uptick in playing time on Tuesday.

Gay is only averaging 15.7 minutes per game off of the Jazz's bench this season, so his absence has a minimal fantasy impact. Per our NBA Heat Map, the Jazz’s implied total (118.25) is the highest out of 10 active teams today.
