Bucks' Wesley Matthews (hamstring) will not play Wednesday
Milwaukee Bucks guard/forward Wesley Matthews (hamstring) is out for Wednesday's game against the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Matthews left Monday's game early with a hamstring injury and he will remain out through at least Wednesday. Grayson Allen (ankle) also made an early exit and didn't practice on Tuesday, so the Bucks might be missing multiple backcourt pieces versus the Cavaliers. Jrue Holiday, who was inactive Monday with a right ankle sprain, and Pat Connaughton, who has been inactive all season with a right calf strain, both practiced on Tuesday. Their statues are unknown for Wednesday's matchup.
Matthews played 29 and 22 minutes in his last two healthy games while the Bucks have been banged up, so his absence could free up some meaningful minutes for Marjon Beauchamp and Jordan Nwora if Holiday and Connaughton remain out.
