LeBron James (ankle) to play Tuesday for Lakers
Los Angeles Lakers forward LeBron James (ankle) said he will be available Tuesday against the Cleveland Cavaliers.
James tweaked his ankle in the fourth quarter of Sunday's win over the Washington Wizards, but he plans to play on Tuesday in Cleveland for his annual homecoming matchup. The Lakers play again on Wednesday versus the Toronto Raptors, so they will likely hold James out for the second leg of the back-to-back. Over the last five games, James is averaging 29.6 points, 8.2 rebounds, 6.2 assists, 1.0 steals, and 4.2 triples per contest. He is shooting 48.8% from the field and 48.2% from beyond the arc in that stretch.
numberFire's models project LeBron for 34.9 minutes and 45.7 FanDuel points on Tuesday. In the Lakers' first meeting with the Cavs this season, LeBron yielded 40.4 FanDuel points with 27 points, 7 rebounds, 4 assists, and a 3-pointer.
