Patrick Beverley (knee) ruled out for Lakers Tuesday
Los Angeles Lakers guard Patrick Beverley (left knee soreness) is out Tuesday versus the New York Knicks.
Beverley will sit out the second half of the Lakers' back-to-back after playing 35 minutes on Monday versus the Brooklyn Nets. Lonnie Walker could make his way back into the starting lineup in place of Beverley on Tuesday night, but with LeBron James (ankle) and Anthony Davis (foot) both set to return, he isn't expected to have many ball-handling opportunities.
Pat Bev is averaging 21.2 FanDuel points in 31.8 minutes over the last five games, with 9.0 points, 2.4 rebounds, 3.0 assists, 1.4 steals, and 1.8 3-pointers per contest. Per our NBA Heat Map, the Lakers’ implied total (115.25) is No. 5 out of 10 active teams today.
