Spencer Dinwiddie (trade) unavailable Tuesday for Nets
Brooklyn Nets point guard Spencer Dinwiddie will not be available for Tuesday versus the Phoenix Suns.
What It Means:
The Nets finalized their acquisition of Dinwiddie and Dorian Finney-Smith from the Dallas Mavericks on Monday, but they won't have either player available until at least Thursday against the Chicago Bulls. Edmond Sumner will likely make another start at point guard for Brooklyn on Tuesday. Cam Thomas, who scored more than 40 points in a second straight game on Monday, should also continue to have extra minutes available.
Sumner scored 36.5 FanDuel points in 32.6 minutes on Monday. He has a $5,300 FanDuel salary on Tuesday's six-game slate. Thomas ($6,500) scored 52.3 and 53.5 FanDuel points in the last two games.
