Joel Embiid (knee) doubtful for 76ers in Game 2
Philadelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid (knee) is doubtful for Game 2 against the Boston Celtics on Wednesday, per head coach Doc Rivers.
Embiid appears to be headed for a third straight absence, but Rivers said he will be re-evaluated after working out and doing some running on Tuesday. Paul Reed played 37 minutes and double-doubled as a starter in Game 1 on Monday while James Harden led the 76ers with 45 points on 17-of-30 shot attempts.
