Mavericks acquire Grant Williams in sign and trade with Celtics
The Dallas Mavericks have acquired forward Grant Williams and two second round picks in a trade with the Boston Celtics and San Antonio Spurs.
Williams will land in Dallas with a new four year contract worth $53 million while the Spurs acquire Reggie Bullock with an unprotected Dallas pick swap in 2030 and the Celtics received two second rounders. Expect Williams to play a consistent role at the four with his perimeter shooting and defense.
In 2044 minutes last season, Williams averaged 0.68 FanDuel points per minute and a 13.1% usage rate.
