Caron Butler will be back with the Kings next season
Sacramento Kings small forward Caron Butler has exercised his 2016-'17 player option, according to Shams Charania of The Vertical.
What It Means:
Butler had a $1.5 million player option for next season, and he's going to pick it up.
Butler ranked 82nd with a -0.2 nERD last season, playing just 17 games for the Kings. He averaged 3.7 points and 1.3 boards per game.
