Heat waive Henry Walker
After missing the Summer League with an ankle injury, the Miami Heat waived guard/forward Henry Walker.
What It Means:
The Kansas State product appeared in 24 games for the Heat last season and averaged 7.3 points, 3.4 rebounds and 1.2 assists. He shot 34.1% from downtown and posted a nERD of -1.6, which was actually better than Dwayne Wade's -2.3 nERD.
Walker will now play the waiting game as a free agent.
