Luke Ridnour traded to the Grizzlies
The Magic and Grizzlies have reportedly agreed to a deal that will send Luke Ridnour to Memphis in exchange for the rights of Janis Timma, a 2013 second round draft pick out of Latvia.
Ridnour is no doubt near the end of his NBA career (posting a but-1.6 nERD in 47 games last year) but he will provide valuable leadership on a contending Grizzlies team. Timma (22) has yet to play a game in the NBA, but after the shooting guard/small forward won UTB United League Young Player of the Year award, he is looking to help out a rebuilding Orlando.
