Former Minnesota Timberwolves forward Shabazz Muhammad plans to sign with the Milwaukee Bucks when he clears waivers, per Shams Charania of Yahoo! Sports.
What It Means:
Muhammad and the T-Wolves agreed to a buyout on Thursday after the forward was unhappy about his lack of playing time. He will likely compete with Sterling Brown and Tony Snell for minutes on the wing for the Bucks.
Muhammed has averaged just 3.8 points and 1.4 rebounds in 9.4 minutes in 32 games with the T-Wolves this season.
