Davidson upsets Dayton behind Jack Gibbs' 34 points
Davidson Wildcats senior guard Jack Gibbs scored a season-high 34 points in Friday's 73-67 win over the top-seeded Dayton Flyers in the Atlantic 10 Tournament quarterfinals.

Gibbs went 12-for-22 from the floor including 5-for-11 from three as he scored 30 or more points for the sixth time this season. The Wildcats, the ninth seed, will face the Rhode Island Rams in the semifinals on Saturday.
The senior is averaging 26.0 points and 4.0 three-pointers in the Wildcats two conference tournament games.
