NC State's Omer Yurtseven will test the NBA Draft waters
North Carolina State Wolfpack freshman center Omer Yurtseven has declared himself eligible for the 2017 NBA Draft but will not hire an agent, according to Evan Daniels of Scout Hoops.
By not hiring an agent, Yurtseven leaves the door open for a return to NC State next season. The freshman played just 22 games this season due to eligibility issues stemming from playing for a professional club in Turkey last year. The big man is currently 55th on DraftExpress' top 100 prospects and would be a late-second round pick at best.
Yurtseven averaged 5.9 points, 4.4 rebounds, and 0.7 blocks in 18.9 minutes per game this season.
