Creighton will have Marcus Foster back for his senior season
Creighton Bluejays junior guard Marcus Foster will return to school for his final year eligibility, per Jon Rothstein of FanRag Sports.
What It Means:
The return of Foster will help the Bluejays keep some continuity in their lineup and leave them with their leading scorer. Foster played all 35 games and helped Creighton reach the NCAA Tournament despite losing senior point guard Maurice Watson towards the end of January.
Foster averaged 18.2 points, 2.9 rebounds, 2.4 assists and 2.1 three-pointers per game while shooting 46.1 percent from the floor.
