Sindarius Thornwell (illness) misses South Carolina's practice in Thursday
South Carolina Gamecocks senior guard Sindarius Thornwell (illness) did not participate in Thursday's practice, per Andy Katz of ESPN.
What It Means:
Considering the magnitude of Saturday's game versus the Gonzaga Bulldogs, there seems to be no way Thornwell will sit this one out. He still has a few days to rest and recover and will no doubt be ready to try and take the Gamecocks to the NCAA Championship game.
Thornwell has been hot in the NCAA Tournament, averaging 25.8 points, 7.5 rebounds and 2.8 three-pointers per game.
