2019 NFL Draft: 6 Notable Prospects Missing From the Combine

Despite not being invited to the combine, these rookies -- including Devine Ozigbo -- are worth keeping an eye on as draft season continues to unfold.

The dream of playing professional football does not come to an abrupt end just because a prospect was not invited to the NFL Scouting Combine.

In fact, just last year, running back Phillip Lindsay (who was featured in last year's edition of this column) made a huge impact for the Denver Broncos and set various records for an undrafted rookie.

Additionally, the Atlanta Falcons took Ito Smith (another featured combine snub) in the fourth round and gave him more than 100 touches in his first campaign. Over the years, successful undrafted players like Wes Welker, Julian Edelman, and Antonio Gates have proven top offensive skill players don't always get a chance to display their abilities at the combine.

Here are a few names -- all of whom are running backs or wideouts -- that were not in Indianapolis, but you should keep them in mind as the pro-day season continues to unfold.
