3 NFL Prop Bets to Target for Week 7

FanDuel SportsBook provides a variety of lines, player props, and parlays, allowing people to showcase their knowledge.

Player props closely mirror the game of fantasy football, giving you a chance to stay involved in a familiar way. With Week 7 on the horizon, here are a few standout prop bets for Sunday's action this week.

Kyler Murray Over 267.5 Passing Yards (-112)

Slowly acclimating to game speed in the NFL, Kyler Murray put up his second 300-yard passing and multi-touchdown game last week. Playing in the NFL's fourth-fastest offense (67.5 plays per game), Murray averages 39.7 pass attempts per game. He recently began relying on his legs, too. In his past two games, Murray has run the ball for 93 and 32 yards, helping Arizona move the ball.

Entering Week 7, Murray's passing prop comes in at 267.5 yards in a matchup against the New York Giants.

Looking at numberFire's projections, Murray projects to throw for 275.22 passing yards, giving him around eight yards of value on his prop. According to our schedule-adjusted metrics, New York's 23rd-ranked pass defense creates an advantageous matchup for Murray in the passing game. Last week, Tom Brady bested this secondary for 334 passing yards.

Sitting in a solid matchup, a $100 bet on Murray to eclipse 267.5 passing yards nets $89.29.

Leonard Fournette Over 90.5 Rushing Yards (-112)

After struggling to open the season, Leonard Fournette has rushed for 405 yards across his last three games. This trend carries some weight, too, due to Fournette's massive workload. Looking at carries alone, Fournette averages 24 attempts per game in his last three contests, providing ample opportunity to hit rushing milestones.

Looking at Week 7, Fournette comes in with a rushing yards prop of 90.5 and a winnable matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals.

Examining this Bengals' defense, Cincinnati ranks 23rd against the run, according to our metrics. However, they've allowed the second-most rushing yards (759) and second-most receiving yards (401) to enemy running backs. The Jacksonville Jaguars also enter this contest as 4.0-point favorites, boding well for Fournette's potential workload. Currently, our projections slate Fournette for 95.37 rushing yards, giving him almost four yards of value on his prop.

With matchup, volume, and game script all on his side, a $100 bet on Fournette passing 90.5 rushing yards returns $89.29.

Mark Andrews Over 61.5 Receiving Yards (-112)

Bringing one of the highest ceilings at the tight end position, Mark Andrews continues to see additional opportunities with Marquise Brown nursing an ankle injury. Andrews ranks fifth in the NFL in targets (47) and third in air yards (410). Running many of his routes directly from the slot, Andrews is Lamar Jackson's target leader this season.

Turning to Week 7, Andrews' 61.5 receiving yards prop looks slightly too low, given his role in the offense.

Our projections have Andrews pegged for 64.07 receiving yards, giving him slight value on his line. However, Andrews' matchup remains strong against Seattle's 25th-ranked pass defense. Digging deeper yet, Seattle allows the fourth-most receiving yards to enemy tight ends, creating an opening for Andrews to exploit.

A sneaky candidate to see increased work in the pass game, a $100 bet on Andrews besting 61.5 receiving yards nets $89.29
