Falcons' Leonard Hankerson (hammy) placed on year-ending injured reserve
Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Leonard Hankerson (hamstring) has been placed on season-ending injured reserve.
Wide receiver Devin Hester (toe) was activated in the corresponding roster move. Hankerson has missed three of Atlanta's last four games with a strained hamstring and hasn't shown any improvement. It's another blow to the Falcons' already paper-thin receiving corps. Tight end Jacob Tamme will become startable in Hankerson's absence and should be owned in all formats.
Tamme has accrued 42.69 Reception Net Expected Points (NEP) on 62 targets this year, which ranks 10th out of the 40 tight ends with at least 25 targets through Week 12. He hasn't been terribly efficient with his targets, though, as he ranks just 14th in Reception NEP per play.
