K.J. Wright, Seahawks reportedly agee on 2-year deal
The Seattle Seahawks and linebacker K.J. Wright have agreed on a new 2-year contract, reports Gregg Bell of The News Tribune.
Wright tested the free agent market for the first time in his eight-year career, but he previously expressed his desire to return to Seattle. Wright has been a starter for the Seahawks since they made him a fourth-round pick in 2011. He missed 11 games last season due to a knee injury, but claimed to be back to full strength at the end of the year. Wright turns 30 this summer.
Wright was limited to 16 tackles (13 solo) and 3 pass deflections in five appearances last season.
