Titans release quaterback Blaine Gabbert on Friday
Quarterback Blaine Gabbert was released by the Tennessee Titans on Friday.
What It Means:
Gabbert was let go by the Titans after Tennessee filled their backup quarterback role by acquiring Ryan Tannehill. In tbree starts last season, the 29-year old went 2-1 and produced four touchdown passes.
In eight games as a Titan, Gabbert completed 61 attempts for 626 yards.
