Jaguars' Yannick Ngakoue absent to open camp
Jacksonville Jaguars contract-year defensive end Yannick Ngakoue did not report to the start of training camp Wednesday.
Ngakoue is officially a holdout, as expected. Contract talks between the two sides have "broken down," per Mike Florio of ProFootballTalk. The 24-year-old premier pass rusher is due just $2 million this upcoming season. He's totaled 29.5 sacks over his first three years in the league.
numberFire's models expect Ngakoue to record 11.9 sacks in 2019.
