Los Angeles Chargers defensive back Derwin James (foot) is expected to miss 3 months, reports Mike Garafolo of NFL Network.
What It Means:
James is undergoing surgery this week to address a stress fracture in his fifth metatarsal. The Chargers will likely place him on injured reserve with the hope he returns sometime in November.
