Washington Redskins tight end Jordan Reed (concussion) is not expected to play on Sunday against the Philadelphia Eagles, NFL.com's Ian Rapoport reports.

Reed has not been cleared for contact yet, so this news is hardly unexpected. Vernon Davis is expected to start in his place.
