Chiefs' Mecole Hardman, De'Anthony Thomas expected to split extra snaps
Kansas City Chiefs wide receivers Mecole Hardman and De'Anthony Thomas are expected to split work filling in for Tyreek Hill (collarbone), writes Nate Taylor of The Athletic.
Taylor surmised this from Chiefs head coach Andy Reid. "Thomas has done it before and Mecole has kind of been in that position," Reid said. "We feel good working both of them." Sammy Watkins and Travis Kelce also figure to help fill the void while Hill is out. The Chiefs visit the Oakland Raiders in Week 2.
Hardman is the WR58 and Thomas is the WR80 in numberFire's Week 2 fantasy rankings.
