Matthew Stafford, Lions lose to Packers, refs
Detroit Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford completed 18-of-32 passes for 265 scoreless yards in a 23-22, Week 6 loss to the Green Bay Packers on Monday night.
The Lions didn't do themselves any favors by settling for five field goals on the night, but the refs also appeared to be pulling for the cheeseheads in this one. Stafford should have had at least one touchdown, but T.J. Hockenson dropped it, leaving the veteran quarterback scoreless for the first time this season. He hasn't thrown for more than 300 yards since the opener. Detroit hosts a Minnesota Vikings defense in Week 7 that is top-10 in the league in passing yards allowed per attempt.
Stafford scored a season-low 11.5 FanDuel points in the loss. He's the QB19 in numberFire's Week 7 fantasy rankings and projected for 15.5 FP.
