Giants' Daniel Jones focused on the team heading into Week 7 showdown with Kyler Murray and the Cardinals
Daniel Jones told reporters on Wednesday that "my focus is on trying to help the team win the game, I think that's the biggest part. It's about being prepared as a team, it's about making sure I'm doing my part in that preparation and I'm ready to play as well as I can" when asked about his mindset when facing Kyler Murray.
Jones reiterated that his focus was on the team and not on how he compares with Kyler Murray, the only quarterback taken above him in this year's NFL draft. Jones has cooled off after his hot start against the Buccaneers in Week 3, but he is set up for success this Sunday facing a Cardinals pass defense rated 28th overall by our power rankings. Our models project Jones for 19 FanDuel points against the Cardinals and he is the QB12 in our weekly rankings.
Jones' Week 7 projection includes 267 yards, 1.94 touchdowns, and 1.15 interceptions. He is priced at $7,200.
