O.J. Howard (hamstring) ruled out again for Buccaneers Week 9
Tampa Bay Buccaneers tight end O.J. Howard (hamstring) has been ruled out for Week 9 against the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday.
It will be Howard's second consecutive absence. Cameron Brate will make another start. Howard has just 13 catches for 176 scoreless yards (13.5 per catch) on 18 targets in six games this season.
The Seahawks are giving up the fourth-most FanDuel points per game to tight ends (13.2).
