James Conner (shoulder) expected to sit out Week 10 for Steelers
Pittsburgh Steelers running back James Conner (shoulder) is not expected to play Week 10 against the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday, per Gerry Dulac of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.
Conner got in a limited practice on Wednesday, but it looks like he's headed for a second straight absence. Jaylen Samuels will lead the backfield and Trey Edmunds (ribs) should also contribute if he's active.
The Rams are 10th in the NFL in rushing defense (96.9 yards per game).
