Giants' Golden Tate clears concussion protocol before Week 14

New York Giants wide receiver Golden Tate has cleared the concussion protocol before the team's Week 14 game against the Philadelphia Eagles.

What It Means:

Tate suffered a concussion two weeks ago, and he's finally emerged with an all-clear after practicing in full all week. He'll be out there in Eli Manning's first game back as starting quarterback.
