Jets' Jamal Adams (foot) officially inactive for Week 14
New York Jets safety Jamal Adams will not play on Sunday in the team's Week 14 game against the Miami Dolphins.
Adams is missing his first career NFL game, having played 28 straight entering the week. His absence likely leaves more room to operate for DeVante Parker, Mike Gesicki and the Dolphins' passing attack.
In 12 games this season, Adams has 58 tackles, seven sacks, six pass breakups, one interception, two forced fumbles, one fumble recovery and two total return touchdowns.
