Evan Engram (foot) finally placed on Giants' injured reserve
The New York Giants placed tight end Evan Engram on injured reserve with a foot injury.
Engram already missed the past five games and now he's officially been ruled out for the final two. Engram has played in just 19-of-32 games over the last two seasons. He finishes with a career-high in yards per game (58.4), but career-low in yards per catch (10.6). The Giants square off with the Washington Redskins in Week 16. Rookie Kaden Smith will close out the year as the Giants' starting tight end.
Engram caught 44 passes on 68 targets for 467 yards and 3 touchdowns in eight games this season.
