Eagles' Miles Sanders (ankle) undergoing MRI, questionable for Wild Card
Philadelphia Eagles rookie running back Miles Sanders (ankle) will undergo an MRI Monday, reports Tom Pelissero of NFL Network.
What It Means:
Sanders made an early exit from the Eagles' Week 17 win against the New York Giants. Pelissero says the second-round pick's status for Sunday's Wild Card game against the Seattle Seahawks is "TBD." Jordan Howard and Boston Scott will likely split backfield duties if Sanders is unavailable.
Sanders rushed for 818 yards and caught 50 passes for 509 yards, totaling 6 touchdowns, in his inaugural NFL campaign.
