Vikings' Adam Thielen reportedly needed stitches for 'bad cut' on ankle
Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Adam Thielen suffered a "bad cut" on his ankle at Wednesday's practice that required stitches, reports Tom Pelissero of NFL Network.
The Vikings will "proceed with caution," per Pelissero, but Thielen is still expected to play in Saturday's NFC Divisional Round matchup against the San Francisco 49ers. It will be a tough draw against the only secondary in the league to allow under 200.0 passing yards per game this season.
Thielen is the WR9 in numberFire's Divisional Round fantasy rankings. Our models project him for 10.1 FanDuel points, at a cost of $6,900.
