Vic Beasley reportedly signs with Titans on 1-year deal

The Tennessee Titans agreed to terms with linebacker Vic Beasley, formerly of the Atlanta Falcons, on a 1-year, $9.5 million contract.

What It Means:

Beasley hasn't had double-digit sacks since leading the league with 15.5 in his sophomore campaign, but he's been consistent with at least 5.0 sacks each of the past three seasons. The 2015 top-10 selection recorded 37.5 sacks, 11 forced fumbles, 36 tackles for loss, and 46 quarterback hits over 78 career games for the Falcons. He will be 28 in July.

Beasley had 18 pressures last season for a Falcons team that was third-worst in pressuring the quarterback (18.4 percent). The Titans were 22nd (21.1 percent).
