The Seattle Seahawks have reportedly release tight end Ed Dickson.
According to Rapoport, Dickson's release will save the Seahawks around $3 million of cap space. Expect the veteran tight end to latch on with another team as a potential part-time contributor after recording a solid 0.7 Opposing Run Stuff Percentage (558 run snap sample size) and career Reception Percentage of 65.7%.
